In case the item is defective, not as mentioned on the website, is missing accessories, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements.
But in other cases where you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount (if you want to refund). For replacements, additional delivery charges apply.
Refunds will only be possible through online banking. In other cases, you can either opt for a replacement or drop by our office at Anamnagar Kathmandu or nearby our collection points in your area to get the refund.
Any return / exchange request received after 24 Hr or max 2 business days will not be eligible for return or exchange.
